Our mission

Make the practice of yoga accessible for everyone, whatever your age, origin, physical condition and flexibility you have. The practice of yoga helps promote calm and relaxation, focus and self-awareness, and mindfulness. It can also promote coordination of movements, flexibility, physical and mental balance and respect for self and others.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment, being aware of our thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations without distraction or judgment. Mindfulness can go a long way in helping to relax and reduce stress.
