Here is a short overview usually included in our yoga classes that are aimed at children:

Hatha Yoga
​
Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace. The breaths , stretching and controlled movements make symbiosis throughout the session.

Vinyasa Yoga
This is an excellent course for beginners or intermediates looking to refine and deepen their practice. While the postures are similar to Hatha yoga, Vinyasa is a more vigorous and fluid practice that connects breathing with movement.
Ashtanga Yoga
A dynamic and more traditional yoga practice that explores the main series of Ashtanga Yoga. It improves cardiovascular fitness through sun salutations and standing postures, with an emphasis on heat production and a focus on breathing.

Restorative yoga
Restorative yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga that uses props to make it easier for the body to enter certain poses and thus surrender to the pose. The more your body is supported in the poses, the deeper the feeling of relaxation. Restorative poses are held for three to ten minutes or as long as you are comfortable.

Yoga in a chair

Ideal for people with reduced mobility or for classes offered during lunch break at the office. Stretching and postures adapted to be done sitting on a chair can be beneficial for everyone! Breathing exercise and techniques and relaxation are always part of every classes.

Yoga for fertility
Infertility can be very difficult emotionally and physically. This yoga practice can help women break free from the stress of infertility and reconnect with their body and mind. This class focuses on the reproductive system with meditation, chanting, gentle standing, and restorative postures.
Prenatal yoga
During pregnancy it is important to stay in good shape, to eat well, to prepare the body for childbirth and care for the little one growing inside us. Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to combine all of these. Whether you are new to yoga or already an experienced practitioner, you can enjoy the benefits of yoga during pregnancy. Yoga classes are a great way to prepare for childbirth and enjoy the company of other pregnant women.

Classes are tailored for each age group and level of practice. They can be offered privately, in groups, in person or virtually

Le coeur ouvert, renforcez et restaurez tout doucement votre corps et votre esprit (amenez bébé jusqu'à ce qu'il rampe !) dans cette pratique de yoga fluide et douce. Se concentrer sur le renforcement des muscles abdominaux et la libération des tensions dans les hanches, les épaules et le haut du dos. Ce cours vous aidera à reconditionner les muscles sollicités par la grossesse et l'accouchement.
